Test description

The test contains one task focusing on the organisational scheduling of tasks that need to be completed within a limited time. The test analyses to what extent the respondent has the ability to manage the variety of data, what strategies are developed and how criteria such as weight, distance and time are integrated into the reflection process. The result is a valid indicator of the extent to which the participant understands a variety of data and will behave in professional situations that require considerable planning and organizational skills.
